Grow the skills to move forward with confidence

What I Do

At Condor Life and Wellness, I work with LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent people, and non-traditional relationships who are tired of educating their therapist instead of actually doing the work. Together, we’ll build practical skills so therapy has a graduation day—not a life sentence.

How Therapy Works at Condor Life and Wellness

At Condor Life and Wellness, therapy is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you move forward. Think of me as your spotter at the gym: you choose the goals you want to work toward, and I help you learn the skills, refine your form, and stay grounded along the way—but you’re the one doing the work. Sessions are designed to give you tools you can actually use outside of therapy, with worksheets, exercises, and clear direction so life feels more manageable from week to week, not just in theory. We’ll check in regularly on your goals, adjust as needed, and work toward building confidence and independence over time, with the intention that therapy supports your growth rather than becoming something you rely on forever.
